Mason Works Leadership

Andy Mason

Andy Mason is a lifelong Cleveland resident. He began working on PCs at a national computer retailer, and there earned certifications from nearly every computer and printer manufacturer. Then Andy spent several years as a regional project manager for two different national companies where his daily responsibilities included PC repair, network support and multi-million dollar projects and conversions. He has over 10 years experience supporting Microsoft and Novell environments. Andy started Mason Works in December of 2004.

Mike Ita

Mike Ita is also a lifelong Cleveland resident. While he was in the Marines, he started gaining a reputation as the guy you wanted working on your PC. After his discharge from the USMC, Mike was hired by a national computer retailer. He then earned his certifications from nearly every computer and printer manufacturer as well as his certifications from Microsoft. Mike has spent the past 12+ years in the computer and networking field and continues to expand his commanding knowledge of this growing and changing industry. Mike joined Mason Works in February of 2005.

Our History

Mason Works was founded by Andy Mason. Andy has over ten years experience in the Information Technology field and has consulted with countless small to large businesses all across Ohio. Mason Works was born out of a desire to radically change the way IT companies relate to their customers. So the vision of "Technology Solutions Made Simple" is what the company was founded on. Below is a list of major milestones in the history of Mason Works.

• December of 2004, Mason Works' paper work was filed with the Ohio Secretary of State's office.
• January of 2005, Andy went down to 3 1/2 days a week at his 9-5 job.
• January of 2005, Andy and Mike have a phone conversation on the day that Mike's former partner left their company.
• February of 2005, Mike comes on as a partner.
• March of 2005, Mason Works purchases DeskTop-Notch.
• April of 2005, Andy leaves his "regular" job to work for Mason Works full-time.
• August of 2005, Mike transitions from his former company to full-time with Mason Works.
• February of 2006, Steve joins Mason Works part-time to help with business and operations management.
